Mission Animal Hospital

UI/UX, Branding

Mission Animal Hospital is an app for pet owners to communicate with their vet, set up appointments, and easily repurchase medications.

Objective: Redesign the Mission Animal Hospital app, a veterinary app that allows clients to schedule appointments, view current and past prescriptions, receive notifications from the vets, and more. The redesign consisted of streamlining the branding and overall look and feel of the app as well as making the interactions and screen layouts smoother.

App Redesign

The redesign consists of streamlining the branding and overall look and feel of the app as well as making the interactions and screen layouts smoother.

Main Screens

The main screens focus on 5 key objectives to better usability:

  1. Highlighting important notifications and making navigation clearer

  2. Make making appointments a breeze

  3. Ease communication with your vet

  4. Make reordering prescriptions easier and making sure you never miss a refill

  5. Clearly show your pets and their needs in a snapshot

Making appointments

Making appointments to see the vet can be a hassle. With this redesign, making an appointment through the app is a breeze. You can easily select which pet the appointment is for, what they need + any notes, and clearly see which days and times are available.

View prescription details

Taking medication on time is just as important for us as it is for our furry companions. The redesign allows users to easily see when they need to reorder their pet's prescriptions, as well as what each of the medications do and any other notes from your veterinarian.

Pet pages

Easily keep track of each of your pets’ needs through the pet page. The pet page showcases your pets’ prescriptions, a general description, any upcoming appointments, and food that both you and your veterinarian can view.
